DELIVERY & COLLECTIONS
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order and another email to confirm when your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days, our standard delivery option is 2nd class via Royal Mail.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50 using the code ‘FREE50’ at Checkout.
We also provide free of charge deliveries within RH2 postcode using the code 'RH2' at Checkout, these will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
If you would prefer to collect from us in Reigate please use the code 'RH2' and let us know in the comments section at checkout, collections are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am and 2pm.
All shipping is to the UK only, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
We hope you will be delighted with your order, however we accept returns provided the candle has been unused and is in good condition, in the original packaging. In these circumstances we offer an exchange (excluding postage cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost). Refunds will be returned using the original payment method. To return, please email [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of your order, quoting your order number and the reason for the return, before sending anything back to us, we will respond as soon as possible to advise return address and instructions. You will then have 14 days to return the items to us.
If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not damaged/faulty then you will need to pay for the cost of postage. We recommend using tracked postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed safe receipt.
Refunds are not available on customised products unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Once your candle has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days.
We take every care with packing your parcel to ensure it arrives safely but in the event that damage occurs in transit please contact as at [email protected] referencing the order number and details, including images, of the fault.
